There are three common frames that are used to manufacture sunrooms.  There is wood, vinyl and aluminum.  If you plan on only using your sunroom in the summer then all three frames would probably work since you will not need to factor in the cost of heating your room.  But if you plan on having air conditioning for the summertime use then cooling costs should also be considered.  both wood and vinyl will not conduct the hot and cold air and would perform well in both winter and summer.  But aluminum will conduct the cold into the room in the winter and the heat in the summer and may not be the best choice for you.  The best frame for you will always depend on your needs and how and when you will be using your new sunroom.  We are happy to help you with this decision.
